2018 Call for Sessions

DOWNLOAD THE 2018 CALL FOR SESSIONS FLYER

The 2018 OpenFabrics Alliance (OFA) Workshop Call for Sessions is now open and industry representatives are encouraged to help shape this year’s discussions by leading a session on critical networking issues.

The OFA is committed to accelerating the development of high performance fabrics. The annual OFA Workshop, located this year in Boulder, CO, is a premier means of fostering collaboration among those who develop fabrics, deploy fabrics, and create applications that rely on fabrics. It is the only event of its kind where fabric developers and users can discuss emerging fabric technologies, collaborate on future industry requirements, and address problems that exist today.

Suggested session topics, formats and detailed submission instructions can be found in the Call for Sessions flyer (now available for download).

Proposals must be received by February 16, 2018, 5:00 PM PST. The Technical Program Committee will respond to proposals by March 9, 2018.

Submit you session proposal here (https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ofaws-2018).

To submit your proposal, you must have an account on Easy Chair (easychair.org). Once logged in, choose your Easy Chair role, which should present you with the Submissions page.

Speaker Expectation:

The OFA Workshop was established to create a collaborative and educational forum for OpenFabrics Software producers and users. Maintaining that tradition relies heavily on the lively engagement of all attendees. Regardless of when your session is scheduled, we ask that you actively participate throughout the whole workshop. Additionally, the OFA intends to reproduce and distribute any associated presentation materials electronically or in print.

We invite you to share the 2018 Call for Sessions flyer with peers and colleagues who may be interested in contributing their expertise to the workshop, as well.
