Use Case 11: Flux Resource Manager Orchestrated Using Multi-Core Dynamic Memory Allocation

Flux is a scalable Resource Manager that can make dynamic placement decisions for both Node and Core allocation.  In this use case, Flux interacts with a Composability Manager and with Sunfish to compose and allocate resources based upon resource availability, security, and stability.
