Over at the IBTA site I posted a blog describing some RoCE demos at the Microsoft Ignite 2015 conference. One showed RoCE at 100Gb/s on SMB3 servers and compared its performance against traditional TCP/IP. The second was a Windows Server 2016’s Storage Spaces Direct demonstration utilizing RoCE with Mellanox’s ConnectX-3 56Gb/s adapters, Micron RAM and M500DC local SATA storage.
