2022 OFA Virtual Workshop Call for Sessions

The Call for Sessions is now open for the 18th annual OFA Workshop, taking place virtually, April 26-28, 2022. It is the only event of its kind where fabric developers and users can discuss emerging fabric technologies, collaborate on future industry requirements, and address problems that exist today.

The OFA Virtual Workshop 2022 will focus on the following overarching themes that cover advanced network technology, innovative networking approaches, and the open community:

  • Broader Ecosystem, Community, and Standards
  • Hardware Accelerations and In-Network Compute
  • High-Performance Software
  • Network Protocols and Technology
  • State-of-Practice
  • Other Topics in High-Performance Networking and Computing

The OFA Workshop 2022 Call for Sessions encourages industry experts and thought leaders to help shape this year’s discussions by presenting or leading discussions on critical high-performance networking issues. Session proposals are being solicited in any area related to high performance networks and networking software, with a special emphasis on the topics for this year’s Workshop. In keeping with the Workshop’s emphasis on collaboration, proposals for Birds of a Feather sessions and panels are particularly encouraged.

To submit a speaking proposal, visit https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=ofaws2022.

The deadline to submit a proposal has been extended to March 22, 2022, 5:00 PM PST. The Technical Program Committee will respond to proposals by April 4, 2022.

As part of this year’s submission process, please upload the presentation material (pdf, ppt, or pptx formats) for review as well. There will be a separate, camera-ready submission deadline closer to the workshop, to give authors an opportunity to revise their submission with additional content or results as necessary.
