Use Case 10: Peer-to-Peer Chord Filesystem Using NVMe and CXL Switches

Chord filesystems are peer-to-peer (P2P) filesystems that provide data redundancy and low-latency data access.  In this use case example, a Chord P2P filesystem is implemented using CXL-3.0 specification switches, NVMe memory, and CPU cores.
