Webinar #1: Getting Started with UltraEthernet

In lieu of the traditional OFA Workshops, this year, OFA is excited to provide a webinar series covering a variety of relevant topics and providing an accessible, virtual resource for our members and those interested in learning more about the industry. We hope you will join us!

The Open Fabrics Alliance is excited to present a multi-part webinar series that will kick off June 19, 2025 with our first webinar featuring Jianxin Xiong, a Software Engineer with Intel.

The webinar, titled Libfabric: Getting started with UltraEthernet, will include an overview for establishing an UltraEthernet connection using Libfabric solutions.

When: June 19th | 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM ET / 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM PT

This webinar is open to the public, and those interested in attending are encouraged to register early.

About Jianxin Xiong, Intel
Jianxin Xiong is a Software Engineer at Intel. He has rich experience in various communication software stacks for HPC and AI, from MPI/CCL down to kernel RDMA driver. He is currently the chair of Open Fabrics Interface Working Group and the maintainer of Libfabric (https://ofiwg.github.io/libfabric). He is an active participant of several UEC Work Groups, including the Software and Transport Work Groups.
